Shipping Policy
Majority of our products are handmade and often times made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment of your products. Temperature sensitive and perishable items ( i.e. whipped body butters, sea moss gel, etc.) are shipped Monday thru Wednesday. All orders containing temperature sensitive and perishable items that are ordered Wednesday after 12:00 noon and thereafter will be shipped out the following Monday. If a federal holiday falls on an Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday. Please email your shipping questions to purpose@lovelifenaturals.com.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted, and refunds are granted after review. If you are requesting a refund, please indicate the reason for your request. We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your concerns, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
