Return Policy
At Front Porch Alabama, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all our customers on all products except for nonreturnable items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. It is important you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item so we can help you with exchanging, returning and/or refunding your order. Please fill out the form below. The Front Porch team and/or the merchant will reach out to you with next steps which may include returning the item to the merchant.
If you choose to exchange your item, we will process your exchange within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Please note that for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, an additional fee for shipping will be charged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any refund. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Made to order items may incur significantly higher restocking fees per the manufacturer’s return policy. A minimum fee of 3.15% +.30 cents will be deducted from refund amounts for restocking, processing and handling.
To return an item for a refund, please send it back to the seller/merchant within 30 days of receipt. Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Expect the refund to appear on your credit card within 7-15 business days, as processing time depends on your bank.ned item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo and notify us immediately. We will process your request within 7 working days and send you a replacement item free of charge. Please note that we will not provide compensation or accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer themselves.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
