Return Policy

We’re sorry your order did not work out! We accept refunds on all products except for nonreturnable items within 30 days of your purchase. It is important you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item so we can help you with next steps.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any refund. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Made to order items may incur significantly higher restocking fees per the manufacturer’s return policy. A fee of 3.15% +.30 cents will be deducted from refund amounts as our credit card processor does not refund fees charged to us.

The Front Porch team and/or the merchant will reach out to you with next steps which may include returning the item to the merchant. We will make all attempts to accommodate returns/refunds, however some items are non-refundable, including some closeout items. Please refer to our nonreturnable list.
