Shipping Policy

How are products shipped? 

Products purchased are shipped directly from the vendors represented on Front Porch Alabama. You can view each vendor’s shipping policy by clicking on the Policies tab within an individual product description. 

Can I choose a different shipping method? 

Because the shipping method is determined by the seller of the product, unfortunately, there is not an option to switch to a specific carrier or choose a different shipping method at this time. We understand that having flexibility in shipping preferences is important, and we appreciate your understanding as we work with our sellers to provide the best possible shipping options. 

How can I change my shipping address? 

When you create a shopper account on Front Porch Alabama you have the option to save your billing address and shipping address within your account for a faster checkout. The addresses can be updated at any time by logging into your customer account by clicking account which is next to the cart icon in the top right corner of the site.
