Majority of our products are handmade and often times made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment of your products. Temperature sensitive and perishable items ( i.e. whipped body butters, sea moss gel, etc.) are shipped Monday thru Wednesday. All orders containing temperature sensitive and perishable items that are ordered Wednesday after 12:00 noon and thereafter will be shipped out the following Monday. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
