Shipping Policy

Majority of our products are handmade and often times made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment of your products. Temperature sensitive and perishable items ( i.e. whipped body butters, sea moss gel, etc.) are shipped Monday thru Wednesday. All orders containing temperature sensitive and perishable items that are ordered Wednesday after 12:00 noon and thereafter will be shipped out the following Monday. If a federal holiday falls on an Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday. Please email your shipping questions to purpose@lovelifenaturals.com.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
