Honey Pumpkin biscuits

Honey Pumpkin biscuits that your entire family will love! With honey and pumpkin worked into your dough, what could be better for a morning treat?! These are fluffy, tall, tender homemade biscuits made with local and/or high quality ingredients that I would love to send your way.

I start all my biscuits with high quality flour, European butter and buttermilk and with these simple ingredients, it is so easy to imagine being back in your parents or grandparents kitchen. My grandmother cooked for a school cafeteria with food was cooked from scratch and was absolutely the best biscuit maker around (at least that’s what we always thought!). They are fluffy and tender on the inside with a lightly crisp crust on the top and bottom. Split these in two, put in the oven and you have a pretty tasty treat!

Can be refrigerated for 3 to 5 day or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350 degrees for approximately 10 – 15 minutes until warmed through.
