Welcome to my kitchen named in honor of our mom “Siggi”
I make all my biscuits with high quality flour, butter and buttermilk and with these simple ingredients, it is so easy to customize your order. My grandmother cooked for a school cafeteria when food was cooked from scratch and was absolutely the best biscuit maker around (at least that’s what we always thought!). They are fluffy and tender on the inside with a lightly crisp crust on the top and bottom. Pair these with butter, jam, honey, syrup, butter spreads — I could just keep going — and they are even better.
