Items may either be picked up in store or shipped via USPS or UPS. All purchases are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your shipment including a tracking number.
Store Policies
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items returned must be in original condition and free of odor. All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment minus the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for credit to appear once we receive your package. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.Customers returning items from shophelloseptember.com may either drop off or ship the items back to our store.
