Refunds
Refunds can be issued on non-custom orders provided that the item is returned without damage and in its original packaging. Shipping for return must be paid by the buyer. If the order is a custom creation, a proof will be provided for approval. Once approved by the buyer, no refund may be issued.Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee.Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once proof is approved and ordered.Non-custom items can be exchanged provide the item is not damaged and in its original packaging.
