All non-custom orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Expected shipping time for standard orders is between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.Tracking Your Order

Refunds
Refunds can be issued on non-custom orders provided that the item is returned without damage and in its original packaging. Shipping for return must be paid by the buyer. If the order is a custom creation, a proof will be provided for approval. Once approved by the buyer, no refund may be issued.Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once proof is approved and ordered.
