   I ordered an e-gift card and, due to a software malfunctioning, I was charged for the shipping. I contacted customer support and both the people at Front Porch and at Champagne Cottage contacted me in no time. They corrected the error immediately, apologized and sent me the right code for an e-gift card. All with very nice attention, super good vibes and in a very friendly way. I am astonished by the top quality of their customer service, which is rare these days. I am deeply impressed and will certainly choose the Champagne Cottage for future purchases. Lovely people, lovely business and great attention to detail and care for their clients. 5-star shop and 5-star service!!! Will certainly shop again and again and again!!
