These relationships are priority for us at Baba Java. And that is why our coffee is improving day by day. Coffee has natural flavors that are masked when additives are introduced or the coffee is over-roasted. These flavor notes are found in the coffee beans as they are cultivated and grown, through the drying and milling process, through roasting and brewing, and eventually, they are passed on to the cup. Our desire is for the unique flavor notes of each coffee to be present in the final cup. We take the time to understand the natural flavors of our coffees and roast and brew them to draw out as many of these natural flavor notes as possible.
