Shipping Policy

Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. For details, please contact us.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost Items/Damages

We are not responsible for items that are lost by the post office. If you do not receive your item in a timely manner, please use the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail and contact your postal service. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, we do offer replacements within 3 days of receiving your product. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your broken item, we will not ship out a replacement item.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. In order to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and ship items back to us within 14 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required.
