Shipping Policy
We ship fast! Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and in most cases via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and estimated delivery as soon as your package is on the way.
Please note that during high volume times, such as holidays and sale events, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
Store Policies
Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
As hard as I try, occasionally the wrong scent or product may find its way into your package. A real person (really kind person) pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please reach out to us at info@aqualimeskincare.comwith your order number within 3 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to info@aqualimeskincare.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.
Front Porch Alabama Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
