The sleeves have lace surrounding them, with ribbon running through the lace and gathering into a bow. The chest of the dress is covered in lace, ribbon, and vertical pintucks. The legs of the bubble are bordered with ruffles and there are three snaps along the stride. This is the ultimate heirloom bubble for any southern belle.
