HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?If your order has shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation via email. (If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder.) If you are unable to find this information, please contact us.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CANDLE?Typically, we are able to ship out orders within 24 hours of the day they are placed. However, during the summer months, due to heat concerns, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Once your package has shipped, based on your location, it may take an average of 4-7 days for your candle to arrive. However, please note, that during the holiday season, delays typically occur. You will receive an email with your tracking number, so you will be able to track your package as it makes its way to you. SHIPPING INFORMATIONWe currently only ship within the 48 US Contiguous States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, Canada, or Internationally.
