Shipping Policy
Orders process within 24-48 business hours. Shipping times can vary depending on local USPS drop-off hours, weather, holidays, and weekends. Standard Shipping can take 4-5 business days. Once your item has departed from our store, it is entirely upon the Post Office to determine when your item will be delivered. Tracking numbers can be found in the notes section of your order.
Store Policies
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
