I have sensitive ears/skin, what kind of materials do you use? I always use hardware that is lead and nickel free. Hardware that is used is gold plated, brass (can be raw brass that I treat for longevity before shipment - aka won’t tarnish for a bit), silver plated, titanium, gold filled or surgical steel. Each piece that is available will have a description of what materials were used in the making of the product.
For returns/refunds: Please see Front Porch return policy for info. If an item is returned for a refund, it must be unused, not worn, and no damages as well as in its original packaging. Once the return is inspected, a refund will be issued to you if compliant. Exchanges are not made for sanitary reasons. Non-returnable items consist of custom/personalized creations.
