Shipping Policy
Items can currently ship to anywhere in the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. If your order is damaged in the mail, we cannot be held responsible. Once artwork leaves the studio, it is out of our hands, but rest assured we do everything we can to ensure that your goods will arrive in perfect condition and are delivered safely.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, however you may be eligible for a replacement if you contact us within two weeks of the scheduled delivery.
Store Policies
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your package is lost in transit you may be eligible for a replacement of the lost item(s) if you contact us within two weeks of the scheduled delivery.To be eligible for a potential replacement, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase, and a shipping confirmation showing the date your item(s) were supposed to arrive.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Front Porch Alabama Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
