Shipping Policy

We ship items out as quickly as the same day of ordering, latest being three days after ordering. Items will only be shipped out during operating business hours. If orders are placed after 5 PM on a Friday, they will not ship out until the following Monday. Please contact us if you have any further questions on shipping.

Store Policies

Returned purchases are available for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of an in-store purchase or 14 days of the receipt of an online purchase. We do not issue cash refunds.

Item(s) must be in perfect condition with original tags attached, unused & unworn; free of any makeup, deodorant, or stains of any kind; free of perfume or other smells.

Items not available for return include accessories, bodysuits & leggings (due to hygiene reasons) Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges will be offered in-store only; exceptions will be considered only if customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

Margaux is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
