Chicken wings are the ultimate finger food which makes them perfect for just about any social gathering. Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings, cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded
- 1/4 cup Creole Magic Seasoning
- 1/4 cup White Magic Seasoning
- 1/4 cup squeeze margarine
Directions
Step 1: Preheat grill (or oven) to 350 degrees and lightly oil the grate. Place raw wings in a bowl and add 1/4 cup Creole Magic Seasoning, 1/4 cup of White Magic Seasoning and 1/4 cup squeeze margarine. Toss evenly to coat all wings.
Step 2: Place wings on grill over indirect heat or in oven at 350 degrees. Cook until wings reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees, turning occasionally.
