Tasty Barbecue Shrimp With Less Guilt

This quick and easy recipe inspired by New Orleans barbecue shrimp delivers all the flavor you desire without the considerable amount of butter found in traditional takes thanks to Perfect Bite Rib Rub. You can dial down or amp up the spice using Perfect Bite Sassy Heat Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp – we recommend Extra Large (31-35 ct) or Large (36 – 40 ct)
- Perfect Bite Rib Rub
- Perfect Bite Sassy Heat Sauce
- 1 large lemon
Directions
Step 1: Preheat grill for medium heat.
Step 2: Peel and devein shrimp. Squeeze lemon over the shrimp and apply desired amount of Perfect Bite BBQ Rib Rub based on your taste preferences. Toss to coat the shrimp.
Step 3: Place the seasoned shrimp in aluminum foil. Make the foil into a foil packet to capture the steam created by the heat of the grill. Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through and pink. Remember “C” for cooked and “O” for over-cooked.
