Shipping Policy

Majority of our products are handmade and often times made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment of your products. Temperature sensitive and perishable items ( i.e. whipped body butters, sea moss gel, etc.) are shipped Monday thru Wednesday. All orders containing temperature sensitive and perishable items that are ordered Wednesday after 12:00 noon and thereafter will be shipped out the following Monday. If a federal holiday falls on an Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.  Please email your shipping questions to purpose@lovelifenaturals.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at purpose@lovelifenaturals.com regarding your concerns. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted, and refunds are granted after review.  If you are requesting a refund, please indicate the reason for your request. We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your concerns, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
