Shipping Policy
We will ship by carrier UPS or USPS (unless requested differentl courier by customer) within 3-5 days of in stock items. We will notify you if something is back ordered. Any exchange shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for the following:
- Packages shipped to the correct address and shown as properly delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc).
- Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
Store Policies
Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged: any sale items, foods, gift cards or any skin care/fragrance products.
Final Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged/returned. Unfortunately sale & clearance sale items cannot be exchanged. These are considered final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required.
