Shipping Policy

How long does it take? Once you place your order, you will receive a design proof within 1-3 business days. During the proofing process, timeliness on reviewing and sending edits will affect the total timeline. You may have 2 rounds of changes, that are included in the cost of your order. These edits will be made in 1-2 business days. Once you approve your proof, it takes 2-3 days to print, plus ship time to your location. For average shipping times, please refer to our shipping map. What are "business days"? Our hours are Monday-Thursday, from 9am to 3pm CST. Anything submitted outside of these times will be tended to during the next open business hours.

Store Policies

All orders accepted by us are final and may not be reduced or cancelled after such acceptance without the agreement of Salt + Paperie in writing. Custom orders may only be cancelled in extreme extenuating circumstances and only before they have gone to print, subject to a fee for any proofing, upon agreement of Salt + Paperie in writing. In no event will Salt + Paperie, or its affiliates, suppliers or service providers be liable for, nor make any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind for, any loss, corruption, delay, misprint, non-print, inclusion, omission, shipment, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, other direct or indirect damages, or failure to provide services (any of the foregoing, "Service Failure") to the extent caused by or resulting from: ◦ Your acts, defaults or omissions; ◦ Your violation of any of the terms and conditions contained in these T&C, as amended from time to time; ◦ Criminal acts, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, authority of law, local disputes, civil commotions, war, national or local disruptions in electronic and transportation networks, failures of Internet service providers, weather phenomena, strikes, natural disasters, and disruption or failure of communication and information systems; ◦ The nature of the shipment, including any defect, characteristic or inherent vice of the shipment; ◦ Your failure to provide an accurate shipping address or other information that you are asked to provide in connection with the provision of services; ◦ Acts, defaults or omissions of any person or entity other than Salt + Paperie, including our compliance with verbal or written instructions from the purchaser, shipper, or recipient or persons claiming to represent the purchaser, shipper, or recipient; ◦ Our failure to provide a valid shipping account number in good credit standing in the billing instructions on shipping documentation; ◦ Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.

Front Porch Alabama Return Policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
