Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.As hard as I try, occasionally the wrong scent  or product may find its way into your package. A real person (really kind person) pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to info@aqualimeskincare.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.
