Shipping Policy
Flat rate of $6.99. All domestic orders will ship via USPS and should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. An email will be sent once your package has been shipped and will include tracking information. Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout; we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrectly entered address.
Store Policies
We hope you absolutely adore your purchase! But, if you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns on new, unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) of the shipping date for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be given. All swimsuits, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, gift certificates, and sale items are final sale.
Returns must be may mail. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges for exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility.

Any item(s) damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery date of the package.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let Front Porch Alabama know there is an issue, and a total of up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it, if that is required. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, if it is the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or significantly different than it was shown online by the seller, reach out to Front Porch Alabama with your order number and a picture of the product(s) you received along with a short description of the issue.
